12045. Komline Sanderson PO # 41633.  Skid mounted electric

hot oil system. Skid shipping dimensions are 146″ wide x 108″

wide x 110″ high (plus lifting lugs and expansion tank). Control

Panel # ZPA-850-18C-1M-UL. Unit has a 30 hp Vican gear pump rated at 400

gpm at 75 psig. Unit has three heat exchangers each rated for 222.2 KW

for a total of 667 kW with a design pressure rating of 300 psi at 600°F.

Expansion tank is 450 gallons, 42″ diameter x 60″ long rated with

ASME stamp for 300 psi at 600°F. Piping is 4″ typical.

Insulation is 1.5″ calcium Silicate typical. Unit is complete skid

mounted with all electrical controls in panels mounted on the skid. Skid

weight is 13,100 pounds. Installation, operation and maintenance manual

and drawings are available.
