1 - used 75 gallon Scrape agitated kettle manufactured by Food Engineering Ltd (UK). Model PD 1000. With all stainless steel food grade construction and polished finish. Full jacketed and insulated body is rated 72.5 psi @ 302 deg. F. Hydrostatically tested @ 94.5 psi @ mfg tag notes 60 psi at safe working pressure, inspection authority Hartford Steam Boiler. 36" dia. x 24" deep. Single motion scraper agitator with four hinged teflon scrapers, captured in food bearing @ center bottom with bushing. Driven by Brook Compton 2.2 kw motor and gear reducer @ 62 RPM. Motor is marked for 575 volt but motor is tested and operates on 220/3 phase. Dome top bolt on cover with vessel body O-Ring.

11.6 x 7.250 Rectangular service port with hinged cover and threaded lock down latches. Two 140 mm OD clamping flanges, (2) 1" NPT male connections with 1.5" tri-clamp adapters. (2) opposing lift lugs, bottom and side temperature wells. 3" center bottom outlet with tri-clamp connection. Mounted on (3) legs with floor feet and single bolting hole on each foot.
