 1 - used 20 gallon Hamilton Single Motion Scrape Kettle. Model SA-20. With all stainless steel sanitary construction, food grade polished finish. Fully jacketed body is National Board (#5188) rated for 40 psi @ 267 deg. F. Factory hydro tested @ 67 psi. Bridge mounted single motion anchor style agitator with nylon scraper blades and bottom paddles. 4.3/2.1 amps, 60 cycle, motor is UL rated for hazardous locations under class I group D. Manually adjustable agitator speeds from 14 to 56 RPM. Bridge has (2) 5" x 9" long spade shaped baffles with adjustable angles. 2" center bottom outlet, flush seating manually operated ball valve.
