1 - used Stainless Steel 300-Gallon Jacketed Kettle, manufactured by Groen/Dover, Model RA-300, 316 stainless steel construction, measures 54" diameter X 48" deep with hemispherical bottom, leading to 3" diameter center bottom outlet with tri-clamp fitting. Jacket rated for 90 PSI at 338 degrees Fahrenheit, includes 1-1/2" diameter threaded jacket connections. Kettle includes 2-piece lid (does not include cover for center, where bridge may have been mounted for agitator). Serial number 1977, ASME code constructed, National Board number 82889.
