80 GALLON GROEN TWIN ACTION AGITATED KETTLE - S/S - JACKETED

1 - used 80 Gallon Groen Twin Agitated Kettle, model RA-80. T-316 stainless steel vessel is jacketed and fully insulated. Body is National Board rated for 25 psi @ 300 deg. F. Polished aluminum shroud with sealed joints. 3" center bottom outlet with Lee "Fluids Flow" Flush Seating Ball Valve into "T" discharge with 3" cleanout and 1.5" discharge all with tri-clamp connections @ 10" floor clearance. Groen "Twin Agitation" System with full scraper agitator and secondary paddle agitator (Four Twin Arm Design). Single factory gearbox operates both agitators with secondary agitator at approx. 3 x speed of scraper (36 Max Scraper/100 paddle RPM). Mounted on 8" wide stainless steel central bridge with full attached cover including front loading station with hinged cover and dump grate (25" wide x 8.5" deep). Fixed rear cover with portable mixer slot at mounting station. Complete agitator is mounted from single post pneumatically operated lift rated for 550 lbs by Highland Equipment, serial #60818. Mechanical manually operated variable speed drive by Reeves. 1 HP with gear reducer. Motor is UL Listed for use in hazardous locations under class I/Group D, Class II/Groups E, F & G provisions. Factory control panel in stainless steel enclosure Honeywell DL 4500 Chart Recorder in stainless enclosure. Wired for 480V/3 phase/3.1 amps. Last used in branded cosmetic personal care pilot lab.
