UNUSED 350 SQ. FT. PFAUDLER WIPED FILM EVAPORATOR - MODEL 350-60H-750

1 - unused Pfaudler 350 sq ft Wiped Film Evaporator.  Model 350-60H-750.  Materials of construction are Carbon steel shell with 1/8" 316L stainless steel backing, Top head 316L, Main flange 316L, Main flange O-ring Double SS Inboard, Viton outboard, Drive nozzle O-ring Kalrez 4079, Bottom head 316L, drive shaft 316L, Distributor 316L, Entrainment Separator 316L, Wiper Blades Carbon/graphite.  Internal rated 25 PSIG/FV @ 650F, Jacket rated 75 PSIG/FV @ 650 F.  Condenser rated 125 PSIG/FV @ 650F. Unit has a 52 RA interior finish.  Jacket designed as (2) zone hot oil type with 6" connections.  Internal heat transfer 750 sq. ft 316L tubes, bonnet carbon steel (2) pass.  Equipped with Pfaudler RW drive, single reduction, 25:1 overall ratio, quiet running, driven by 30 HP 3/60/460 volt motor.  Mechanical seal is double mechanical.  Unit comes with structural steel support and ancillary equipment and instrumentation as indicated in proposal and P&ID's.(Available upon request).

Previous owner has removed the following pieces.  Bonnet and tube bundle for CE-703.  Blower 4012-90L2C, Heat Exchanger E-713, Heat Exchanger E-715, Tube bundle for CE-702, Flash Tank FT-702B, Flash Tank FT-703B, Condenser E-717B.  Motor connectors and drive connectors for E-705B, and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump PMP-718.
