1 - used 2,000 gallon Cherry Burrell T-304 stainless steel jacketed batch processor. Model EPDA S/N 2000-81-2595. 7' diameter X 8' high straight side. Dished top, flat bottom. Top fittings: 18" manway, (1) 3" vent, (1) 3" sanitary, (1) 2 3/4" sanitary and (1) 2" sanitary to the dual spray balls. 3" side bottom drain and (1) thermowell. Equipped with stainless steel dual flight agitator with bottom sweep style blade. Driven through a SEW drive 850/1740 Input, 22/45 output RPM. Powered by 7.5 HP 3/60/230 volt motor.
