1 - used Lee 500 Gallon Lee Triple Motion Hemispherical Interior Kettle. T-316 stainless steel. Jacket rated 125 psi @ 353 deg. F. National Board code stamped. Interior dimensions are approx. 64" dia. x 54" deep. Triple motion agitation consists of top mounted Arde Barinco CJ-75-2 drop in homogenizing mixer (Driven by 10 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt Stainless Washdown motor), Scraped Surface agitator (driven by Eurodrive 3 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor), and drop-in SPX/Lightnin X5Q300 drive with approximately 18" diameter propeller with stabilizing ring driven by 3 HP, 208-230/460 Volt motor. Last used in food production, kettle is on stainless steel legs and has approximately 3" diameter bottom discharge outlet with Lee "Fluid Flow" air operated valve.
