1 - used approx 10,000 gallon Cherry Burrell Aseptic Surge Tank. T-304 stainless steel consatruction with ground and polished internal welds to 150 grit minimum. Vessel measures approx. 96" Inside diameter x 306" straight side (387" overall height). Vessel rated Full Vacuum / 60 psi @ 350 deg. F internally. Fully jacketed tank with straight side including 500 sq. ft., 5-zone channel wall jacket with 4" high insulation. Dish bottom head with 39 sq. ft. single zone dimple jacket rated 100 psi @ 350 deg. F. ASME "U" certification on vessel and jackets. Top and bottom heads are 3/8" thick. Straight side is 5/16" thick with reinforcing rings. Top head with 3" insulation.
