40 GALLON GROEN TWIN ACTION KETTLE - SELF CONTAINED - ELECTRIC

1 - Reconditioned 40 gallon Groen Kettle. Stainless steel steam jacketed. Self-contained, electric fired. Thermostatic temperature control. Tilt to pour discharge. Jacket National Board code stamped at 50 psi.

With Twin Action Agitation (To Be Built new) Wide sweep scraper agitation system. This system is a complete single motion system with the addition of a second mixing shaft. The single motion wide sweep system is a ready to use agitator mounted on a one piece formed stainless steel "U" channel bridge, stainless steel wide sweep agitator frame w/quick removal nylon scraper blades and a heavy duty SEW-EURODRIVE inline helical gearmotor. 

Additionally included with the twin action system is an additional flight bar agitator that is mounted offset to the center shaft on the same bridge. This agitator is also driven by a heavy duty inline helical gearmotor. This shaft normally rotates in the opposite direction of the sweep agitator at approximately double the speed of the sweep arm. All shaft through hole in the bridge are protected by a dam and shaft collar.
