• ASME-U Stamped & NB Registered Steam Jacket rated 90 psi
• Equipped with steam in, condensate out
• Kettle body to have tri-leg configuration with flanged feet
• Kettle body to have 2-3" center bottom ball valve discharge.
• Stainless steel, hinged cover on both sides
• Agitation is UL Listed brand and bridge mounted and has tri-clamp additive ports
• Single motion side and bottom scrape surface agitation with counter rotating secondary paddle agitation
• We offer replacement scrapers for an additional fee (Qty. 26 on a 250 gallon)
