• T-316 stainless steel contact surfaces
• Sanitary configuration
• Hemispherical Style Kettle
• ASME-U Stamped & NB Registered Steam Jacket rated 90 psi
• Equipped with steam in, condensate out
• Kettle body to have tri-leg configuration with flanged feet
• Kettle body to have 2-3" center bottom ball valve discharge.
• Wide sweep scraper agitation system. Complete ready to use system consists of a one piece formed stainless steel "U" channel bridge, stainless steel wide sweep agitator frame with quick removal nylon scraper blades and a heavy duty inline helical gearmotor. A shaft dam and shaft drip collar are included to prevent unwanted particles from entering the kettle through the shaft provision. All parts are sanitary brush finish stainless steel except the scraper blades, blade holders and shaft collar which are sanitary nylon or UHMW.
