1 - used 150 cu. ft. AIM Double Ribbon Blender. T-304 stainless steel contact parts. Trough measures approx. 106" long x 53" wide x 58" deep. With mirror interior finish. 8 mm shell thickness. With an approx. 5 3/4" solid stainless steel shaft, 50 mm wide x 12 mm thick outer ribbon, 75 mm wide x 10 mm thick inner ribbon. Driven by a 50 HP 3/60/208-230/460V, 1775 RPM motor through Planet Gear speed reducer, 20.41:1, approx. 86 RPM output thru chain and sprocket assembly with 16 teeth drive sprocket and 61 teeth mixing shaft sprocket, resulting in approx. 22 RPM ribbon.
