• TOP COVERS: two-piece lids, hinged covers with handles and latch, mounted from the center bridge
• INSULATION: Full sidewall and bottom head will be insulated with rock wool.
• SUPPORTS: 4 pipe legs with adjustable ball feet, SUS304 s/s. Legs will mount to inner cone bottom and extend through outer bottom skin.
• OUTLET: 3" center bottom discharge with standard ball valve
• HEAT TRANSFER SURFACE: Steam jacket is rated at 75 psi with ASME stamp
• BRIDGE: Center bridge for supporting of agitator
• AGITATOR: Top entry dual motion counter-rotating agitator with bottom scrape. Scraper blades will be included with FDA compliant material. Counter-rotating impellers shaft will be equipped with a removable tri-blade impeller assembly
