• Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket
• Tank body to have 3-4" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp
• 7.5 HP Agitation is UL listed and bridge mounted
• Main agitation to be single motion, side and bottom scraped (with stainless steel scraper blades) surface type.
• Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning
• Tank Bottom: sloping bottom side with manyway for discharge.
• Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.
• Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
