New Premier 300 Gallon Self-Contained Kettle

- Self contained, electric operated with thermostatic temperature control to approximately 290 F.
- Compete with NEMA 4X washdown control panel including safety circuits for low water shut off and high pressure shut off.
- Interior of kettle is 316 SS.
- Jacket rated and national board stamped for 90 PSI.
- 3" center bottom tri clamp outlet.
