40" X 14' CARMAN FLUID BED DRYER SYSTEM WITH VIBRATORY FEEDER

USED 40" X 15' CARMAN FLUID BED DRYER SYSTEM

• 40" Wide x 15' Long Perforated Bed
• T-304 stainless steel bed with 9/64 dia. drilled holes 
•  Zone 1 and 2 are 5'9", Zone 3 is 2'9"                             
• Exhaust hood has 3 access doors.                                 
• Equipped with a Carman Vibratory feeder 48" x 84"    
• Feeder is equipped with two Vibratory motors.              
• Feeder is on 8' high legs, and with a bolt on cover.     
• Feeder has a slotted bed for dewatering prior to entering the dryer. 

Dryer discharges to a Carman Vibratory Tumbler for dusting pellets.           

Can be set up differently, but previously set up           

Zone 1 - with 40 hp NY Blower, 7900 CFM                   

Zone 2 with 25 hp NY Blower, 5900 CFM                      

Zone 3 with 15 hp NY Blower, 2400 CFM                      

Adj. Weir for regulating the discharge speed.                

Each blower blew air across two Radiators,                  

   Aerofin Coils 42" L-R , 57"  top to bottom                    

   one was for glycol and one for hot oil.                         

We have the radiators but not the heat or cooling source.
