THEY NEED IT TO BE HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN RATHER THAN AIRTHEY NEED HYD. CLOSED PRESS SERVICED BY AN ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC PUMP.IT IS AN AIR PUMP. JEFF (SCOTT) HAS SEEN THESE WORK IN VERY COLD CONDITIONS. AS LONG AS THE AIR IS DRY IT SHOULD BE FINE. HE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE WATER (GOING THROUGH THE PRESS) FREEZING.
