He wanted to bring it to his place with some other items he was using on the job. I told him we'll bring it to Vincentown when I have something to load or unload at my place. Bill's place is in Runnemede NJ about 40 minutes from my office and about 30 minutes from my home. Jon…was at the plant this morning and have attached photos….I counted a total of 37 plates which are approx 2 3/8 in thick plus two plates at each end which have only one side for filtering and these two are approx 2 3/4 in thick. The plates have 2 1/4 in diameter holes in each corner and a center hole approx 3 1/2 in diameter. At the end where the control panel is there is a solid poly plate between the end filter plate and the steel follower plate. Plates do measure about 39 1/4 in square. Press has a small control panel mounted above the oil reservoir chamber…press has the plate shifter…..the plates are dirty they used the press about one year and changed their process as they could not get their product to produce a solids cake and they said it was too thin and would leak through the plates…..they look like they shut it done and left residue in the press without a good flushing….the caulking on the few plates I moved is dry and breaking off. OAD approx 17 ft long x 5 ft wide x 6 ft high.Nameplate reads :Model 1000 G 32- 25/37-20-30 SYLSSerial number : 4746Max filtration pressure - 100 psiMax hydraulic pressure - 3100 psi.Plates are one button and three button design…my note shows I counted 20 - 3 button and 18 - 1 button plates….not sure why that doesn't match up with my count on total number of plates but I probably missed one.Photos attached……more photos will be sent over the next few emails to you.When you get your writeup together and asking price let me know……we probably have 3-4 weeks or maybe more before it gets removed.
