The closest corresponding number in the book is 25MM. To be Conservative the original ruling on the field stands. · Chamber capacity. Each chamber is approximately .99 cu ft· Total number of plates to be supplied as well as the two end plates; total chambers. 75 intermediate plates one head plate and one tail plate.· Is there a “blank” plate included with the plates supplied? No.· Are there gasket installation tools available with this unit? There is no such tool to my knowledge. We simply use a carpenters hammer and hammer the gasket in under compression.· What is the availability and cost of new gaskets? They are readily available. $1.79 per foot 100 foot minimum order.· What is the availability and replacement cost of new cloths for this unit? We can manufacture a set in about 12 working days. The set will cost $8547.00· If refurbished is a new hydraulic pump to be provided? Only if needed. We will first test this system and repair is it makes sense to do so.· This unit has basic plate shifter parts in place. If the unit were refurbished would the plate shifter be included in the refurbishing to point of being operational again? Yes.· If refurbished can a cloth capacity (SCFM) be specified instead of the standard 5 micron size noted? Yes but some cloths may cost more. Our MC 30 SP is about 2-3 micron and is available at the same price. The MC60SP is about 1 micron and will cost $30 per cloth more. · What is the closing pressure for this unit? TBD· If purchased the unit would have to be installed prior to actual use; this may prevent its use within the 30-day warranty period. Can the warranty period be re-stated as 30 days from the time at which the unit is installed in trailer and ready for operation as a mobile system? We will still need to put a time limit on the warranty. If you need 30 day to receive and install the unit we can extend the warranty to state 60 days from date of ship.· Please confirm length width and height of the unit; we addressed some of these when on site - however as these are very important for trailer installation could these measurements be taken and confirmed one more time? I want to move some items to ensure a proper measurement and I will report back to you.· Please confirm that there is no tankage associated with this purchase either for conditioning chemical make-up or for sludge conditioning prior to feeding to the press. There are no tanks included with this purchase.· The feed manifold piping included with refurbishing will terminate with a 4” ball valve for the feed line.
