| Equipped with | 1 - New 125 cu. ft. MET-CHEM Filter Press With (95) 1200 mm polypropylene caulked gasketed & recessed plates. Center feed with (4) corner closed delivery. 32 mm cake thickness 30-40% dryness. With two-stage pneumatic hydraulic pump 100-ton hydraulic piston with hydraulic ram. Feed pressure rating of up to 100 psi. Plates are complete with a new set of filter cloth (Standard being type MC-30 polypropylene 3-5 micron). Schedule 80 PVC manifold and piping. Frame constructed of A36 steel with a 10 mil two-part epoxy coating. Frame is built to withstand 100 psi of feed pressure. Contact surfaces consist of: polypropylene plates polypropylene filter cloths Buna-N gasket material schedule 80 PVC manifold and schedule 80 CPVC center feed. Controls: three-way valve for automatic hydraulic closure and release. Semi-automatic plate shifter to allow for eas of dumping and cleaning. (1) button (3) button filter plates with appropriate valves for cake wash. Water pump and reservoir not provided. Approx. OAD 70 in. wide x 355 in. long x 82 in. high. Unit weighs approx. 25000 lbs. Pending incoming flow rate of slurry filter press sized for 3 hour fill time 15 minute wash cycle 15 minute blow-down cycle with half hour cleaning cycle (Please note all Cycle times are dependent upon cake type). This press is warrantied for 1 year on non-wear items against parts and workmanship from date of shipment. Terms: 50% deposit with order balance upon completion of construction prior to shipment.
