All of this equipment was removed from the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) area of the DSM plant in Greenville NC. The equipment was either used to isolate dry or remove byproducts from these API processes. As discussed starting from today we will run a 6 month timeframe where if you sell for our asking price we will split the monies 60/40.
