Equipped with1 - used Alar Auto-Vac model AV690 - 304 ss Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter Water Recycling System. This system was built new in 2013 and used only from August 2013 until June 2014 when plant shut down. System is represented to be in excellent condition and is ready to ship immediately. This systems consists of a 6 ft. dia. x 9 ft. long Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter which allows for 170 sq. ft. of filtering area. With accessory equipment pre-piped pre-wired and skid mounted on (2) structural steel skids. Also with Type IIIE Vacuum Pump cooling water recirculation system which recycles 14 gallons/minute of city water through an air-cooled heat exchanger; back to the vacuum pump. This is a closed loop system. Basic filter consists of: Filter drum constructed of stainless steel screen with stainless steel internals. Wetted parts consist of nickel stainless steel and reinforced rubber. Polypropylene filter media. Corrosion inhibited cast iron rotary valve. External frame: mild steel channel. 1 HP stainless steel agitator. Filter aid cutting: steel clamp bar stellite knife. Knife rollers: Hardened steel. Variable speed advancing knife drive. Oil tight knife advance limit switch. 5 HP variable speed drum drive. Wash down spray header: Galvanized with brass nozzles. Accessory equipment consists of: (2) 30 HP Vacuum pumps rated 365 CFM each and constructed of cast iron vacuum gauge (2) air/liquid separators - vacuum pump discharge (1) 1350 gallon high density polyethylene filter aid slurry tank (1) 3/4 HP filter aid slurry mixer stainless steel shaft & impeller (1) 7.5 HP stainless steel receiver pump (1) 48 in. x 72 in. stainless steel receiver tank (1) receiver pump pressure gauge. New inverter was purchased along with this system to allow for use with single phase power (taking it from 1 to 3 phase) New replacement cost for all components approx. $230000.00+.
