The gas train will ahve to be replaced the pressure vessels have to be recalculated and submitted by a Professional Engineer and lastly I spoke to someone (Bob) at the location it is in and he said it needed work. Based on this the asking price seems high can you review the price and get back to me we are close with the rest of the equipment and will need a boiler very soon.
