As far as I am concerned the negotiations are finished. I see no reason why they should be reopened. An offer is an offer.I did hear back from the customer this morning. Here's what he said:Sorry I didn't get back to you I've been tied up. I would be willing to pay4000.00 (TO AEC) for this unit. My reason for this amount is it was made in 1999 hasno warranty plus I have to pay shipping. If the elements or not 100% I wouldbe stuck. I realize new these units or worth a lot but that new and thisisn't. so that is the biggest risk I willing to take. But I'm working onanother unit at this time. If this number can work get back to me as soon asyou can. We paid close to $30000 for the unit. It is complete with pump expansion tanks controllers and motor starter.
