Drying capacity? 11/11 - per vendor- If I remember right the spray dryer is 12’ straight side with cone bottom.Unit formerly was used at approximately 600#/hr. It was used on flavors and fragrances.2/3/04 - Mark Garrity - confirm overall height - 35 FT. LOOKING FOR 12 FT DIAMETER BY 78 IN - (6.5 FT ON ST. SIDE - OVERALL HT 19 FT.) | Equipped with | 1 - used 12' diameter APV Anhydro Spray Dryer. Stainless steel construction with 2 centrifugal atomizers complete system as removed from service. Unit is rated at approximately 800 to 1200 lbs per hour. Complete prints manuals etc. are available. The system is currently loaded on approximately 3 or 4 trailers however a similar unit has just been put into operation at the same plant site.(Prior use: flavors) With feed pump wet scrubber & scrubber feed pump 30HP main fan 5 HP cooling fan and 2 cyclones. Built late 1970's There is a spare atomizer which has been rebuilt. |
