I need to be able to talk to someone that can tell me what the machine was designed to handle as it relates to consistency and density. I am not able to contact Joy Manufacturing. Can you tell me how to get in touch with the mfr. Else can you provide an alternate technical contact? Previous owner may be helpful. Also I am interested in perspective pictures of the unit similar to what you have in the advertisement below but larger in pixel size. Finally curiosity leads me to ask where the nameplate is located on the machine: the nameplate bracket seams to be rusted thoroughly while the flight picture show very nice condition.
