The material has about 6-8% moisture content and we need to get it down to about 1%.We need to dry the material at a rate of about 8000 lb per hour (removing about 500 lb of water per hour).We prefer a continuous operation rather than batch if possible.Item #3849 below looks as if it might do the job. If you have other equipment you think might work too plz let me know.Also this operation is important for our production process and we cannot loose time on trial and error regardless of the cost.Is there any way we can get some of our wet material to your facility and try it on site just to make sure we are picking up the right equipment?If we do not end up buying the equipment due to inadequacy we will pay for the time using the machine and your people's time.I am assuming that this is not how you usually do business however it would be a great help for us.Thank you in advance5/13/04 Cust #12577 questions - photos? is machine available for inspection?
