In my notes I have a contact named Paul Heaton at 570-271-7753.He may be able to help you determine whether or not the steam screws will workfor cooling water. As for the drive I was informed that the typical RPM output on these machines is around 3 or 4 thus it needs to be geared way down. The motor should only be 3 to 5 HP.I am not sure about the rotary unions being Joy Rotary Seals. - don't know one way or the other.6/9/05 - JIM MOLLER - QUESTIONS ON HOLOFLITE PROCESSORS - WESTERN PRECIPITATION (INGALLS) - $27500.00* WILL THE SCREWS WORK FOR COOLING WATER.ROTARY UNIONS - JOY ROTARY SEALS?? NEEDS TO BE GEAR REDUCED WAY DOWN - TYPICAL RPMS ON THAT MACHINE IS 3 OR 4.DRIVE SHOULD ONLY BE A 3 TO 5 HP.SEND THE PHOTO OF THE SPROCKETS MISC. (forwarded to vendor) 9/29 - per vendor:Yes it is still available. - It is set up for steam.- What dimensions do you want? The screws are 16 in. x 20 ft. not including the shafts. 3/22/04 - Cust #20719 Question - I was considering buying a 60 cu ft rotary vacuum dryer in which we would dry a slurry in a batch process. How does the drying take place in a unit like your item 2320? Is it a continuous process with wet material coming in one side and dry material coming out the other? 4/5 - to vendor4/8 - per vendor - It is a continuous process He is correct wet in dry out the other end.I would say the difference in the two units is batch - continuous.Batch- dump one big pile in all at once.Continuous- feed in smaller quantity continously.
