Features: standard one year warranty this is a totally enclosed packaged and assembled unit that is shipped as one piece requiring only the water gas and power to be connected to the appropriate locations. Yokogawa UP550 digital programmable temperature controller with 30 programs and 300 segments. New improved PLC programmer/controller for fully automatic operation. Mechanical vacuum pump and Roots blower. Binder trap with easily removable reservoir for easy maintenance and cleaning. Graphite heating elements. Graphite hot zone. Options: Cascade control which consists of the programmable temperature controller controlling the work thermocouple as the Master and an additional Slave controller controlling the heating elements. The Slave controller is slaved to the Master controller. As the temperature setpoint is approached the gradient is reduced automatically.
