The bars on the agitator shaft are mild steel.The cost to clean and paint the unit and pressure test the jacket came back at $6500.00. - TYPICALLY ON A COOLING JACKET - THEY ARE RATED FOR LOW PRESSURE- UNTIL WE MEASURE THE WALL THICKNESS WE CANNOT SAY WHAT WE CAN TEST IT FORALL WE CAN SAY IS IT WILL BE A LOW PRESSURE TEST TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.
