We like the looks of this stuff but we don't need as much as we thought if any. We just bought a pair of machines and both come with the media included (alumina spheres). We might be interested in augmenting the existing media or even replacing it if we could get a good deal. You quote 60 cents/lb and $5500 for the whole lot (14000 lbs)? I'd like a sample to inspect. A pint or so would be enough for me to figure packing density etc.. If someone came in with a box and got it Yes I would sell it in a small amount for $1 a pound. Boxing it and shipping is a losing situation.2/2/05 - per Ingalls - Keep in mind that some of this media is round and not like the disc pictured.That is why I went with 45000 lbs. rather than 48000.00 I will reinventory it as I figure out what we have.
