Equippped with 15 HP TEFC direct coupled drive driven by Reliance at 3525 RPM 3/60/230/460V rated for 60 to 475 gallon batches depending on viscosity bridge mounted on stainless steel sanitary mixing tank by perma-san (Viatec) model OVD-32-140-PS-316SS. Tank has dish bottom with 2 in. center bottom outlet tri-clamp connection on low profile interconnected stainless steel legs full bolt cover with 1/4 hinged mixer bridge is mounted from body and is located ofset of center line.
