SweressSubject: update on Buhler MillSteveI do have a few updates on your machine.According to the former Buhler (manufacturer) Rep I'm working with the unit is actually 6 liters (not 12 as I've Been offering it out at). My description is now updated for future offerings. I am working with this former rep on one of the potential customers we have. Waiting for feedback from that customer. My other nibble (The guy from Poland) got back to me with an offer of$48000.00 USD but I told him that was too low at this time. We can always go back to him if the first guy doesn't pan out. That's where we stand I'll be in touch.SincerelyJon Arnold11/10/15 - ADAM GALAS OFFERING $48500.00. JON SAID BEST WE CAN DO AT THIS TIMEIS $68500.00.11/10/15 - OAD OF ONLY MILL - not on a skid - 93 long x 67 wide x 94 overall height. 11/10/15 - writeup as per Rene's blessing:Hello Jonhere is the text how I would use it. The mill is a 6.6 liter chamber called ZR 120 if it would be a 12 liter (what it is not currently) we would call it a ZR 180. The sell price was to the Customer 224'350.00. The number he mentioned was for an additional Lab mill and some other stuff he purchased from Buhler in 2004. I also added some addition support info. I also have the electrical diagram (drawings) if you need.SincerelyRene EisenringCell: (828) 708-2750rene.eisenring@gmail.com(1) Lightly used Buhler model ZR120 Centrifugal Bead Mill build by Buhler AG in Switzerland in 2004. Only used for 438 hours with stainless steel product contact surfaces. This mill is designed for wet grinding and ultrafine dispersing. This unit was removed from service and professionally decommissioned and moth-balled by the manufacturer. It is represented to be in excellent condition. Onsite inspections are welcome and encouraged. Includes product cooler control panel product pump cables product hoses and service hoist for the machine. The ZR 120 mill has in the chamber a full load (23 kg (50.692 lbs.) of zirconium beads of size 0.01 mm. This machine was purchased new in 2004 by current owner for $224'350.00. Technical information - Drive power: 45 kW Power: 440V 60 Hz 3 phase Product flow rate: 0.8 - 5.0 m3/h Active grinding chamber volume: 6.6 liter Range of Grinding media: 0.10 - 0.80 mm. According to the manufacturer The ZR 120 centrifugal mill is a new type of bead mill where both the rotor and the drum rotate in the same direction. Grinding media separation is accomplished entirely by centrifugal forces allowing trouble-free utilization of very small grinding media. The machine has been systematically designed for operation at a very high recirculation rate. Which means optimizing the productivity High grinding capacity and an excellent efficiency of the grinding media. This results in a very high productivity in terms of throughput and product quality. Centrifugal principle: Very small grinding media meaning ultra-fine grinding in the sub-micron (nano) range and narrow particle size distribution. Quality advantages: Improved grinding of the pigments increased color intensity greater transparency and higher gloss. Innovative technology and easy operation Control system. This mill is for ultra-fine dispersion and real size reduction of low to medium viscosity water and solvent based products. Here are some applications: Liquid printing inks Industrial coatings Metal coatings/can coil coatings Car coatings Textile dyes Ink jet inks Wood paints Tinting pastes and Ultra fine grinding of fine chemicals. This machine can be upgraded to a 12 liter active grinding chamber (ZR 180) for minimal cost by Buhler. Please inquire for pricing and information.
