We believe chrome plated steel (not stainless) b. Are there any differences between the two machines? They appear to be identical c. Where are they located? NY d. Have you run them? What have you found? Not as of yet but we have no doubt they will run and thus can assure you they are in running condition. We can give you a 15% dealer discount off of the above price. Both machines do truly appear to be in great shape. I believe the rolls are chrome plated steel and the rolls appear smooth and while they look like stainless I know they are not. I think the machines are identical. They are located here at our showroom in New York and while we have not run them yet I have no doubt they will run and I can assure the customer they are in running condition.Best Regards
