That is because we bought it from a major cosmetics manufacturer (Revlon) who only used it sparingly in their pilot plant department where they were experimenting with some soap products.The power requirements are 3/60/208 volt and I would say condition is excellent.I believe SUN LAB is still in business in the U.K. and believe this is called their MODEL M150 since the rolls appear to be 150mm X 280mm. This unit would fit on a normal pallet (48 X 48) and we estimate shipping weight to be under 1000 pounds.I do not see a control for adjusting the speeds of the rolls but if that was required an inverter could be installed at a nominal additional cost.I do not think that ROLL MILLS or ROLL REFINERS normally have vary speed controls unless they are designed for a specific application.I do not know the age for sure but estimate it would be somewhere between 10 to 15 years old.We do not see that the rolls are cooled and do not think SOAP REFINERS normally have chilled rolls. It is priced at $9250.00 F.O.B. our warehouse in New York and we can extend a 10% dealer discount off of the price shown above.Look forward to your comments.ANDREW R.
