The rolls are hard chromed and precision ground to give very hard corrosion resistant surfaces. The M100 and M150 models can be supplied with a sealed water cooling system with rotary joints. Minimal maintenance is achieved by a belt drive between motor and roll gearboxes both of which are lubricated for life.

Belt drive between motor and roll gearboxes. With 5.5 kw (approx. 7.5 HP) 220V/380V motor start/stop emergency stop. Sealed water cooled rolls with rotary joints and temperature gauges for each roll. (4) Manual roll adjustments with micrometer readouts. Stainless steel top hopper and apron. With staggered tooth take off knife. Designed for refining soap based and additive dispersion.
