Please let me know. 8/22/06 - cust #26560 - We thank you for your reply to us regarding our inquiry for Buhler 3 roll mill.We usually buys INOUE 3 roll mills from Japan and they use spot check ( please refer to www.magnaflux.com for more information on how to check using this ) to check the condition of the roll to see any crack hole or scratch. Visual inpection sometimes is not enough to see and damage on the rolls. Could you also do the same thing to check the condition of the rolls? About the visual inpection do you check the rolls yourself or there is someone elso checking the rolls?We also attach you pictures of how the checking of the rolls using spot check.
