| Equipped with | 1- Used Micron Separator Model MS-4. 304 stainless steel rotor carbon steel housing. 61 in. dia. x 126 in. high. Weighs approx. 2650 lbs. Rotor speed 1150 rpm max. Air volume required 3530-5300 cfm. Main housing in two sections-upper housing with inspection door and middle housing with secondary air inlet with butterfly valve. Bottom section incorporating feed material inlet and rejected material outlet. Header assembly with pillow block and outlet for the classified fines. 7.5 hp motor not included but can be supplied. This unit was built by Hosokawa and sold by Vibrascrew. We believe this unit has never been used. We believe this would be used for classification of material in the 5 to 10 micron range. |
