Screw is a segmented type. Unit is driven by a 75 HP 3/60/230-460 variable speed drive with outputs of 465 to 1900 RPM through a gear reducer. Unit was formerly used to manufacture cheese curl snacks. Unit was built by Wenger Manufacturing of Sabetha KS in 1977. |
