We've had the mixer for about 4 years.There are no known mechanical issues.The mixer is located at our World Headquarters in Cleveland Ohio USA. Serial# 87 A 1158. resposne sent to cust 8/25/06 (registration to vendor confirmed 8/25 & faxed 8/29/06) 8/18/06 - cust #26661 - I see the equipment consists basically the continuous mixer base mixing chamber rotors (both #7) gear box drive control panel etc. Was the mixer close-coupled to a melt pump when it was in commission? Does the system include a transition piece to a melt pump? When was this machine decommissioned? Prior to the decommission was the system in good working condition? Was there any problem? Can you provide the machine serial number? Where is the equipment located? Is it available for inspection?
