The MP and CP Continuous Mixers are both Twin Screw Mixers with side by side co-rotating shafts with over-lapping self-wiping feed screws and mixing paddles. with a horiz. barrel with figure eight cross section. Screws are 3.9 high (99m) and are 7 wide(177.8mm) (they intermesh) Barrel length 11.5:1 L/D. Agitator speed of 15- 150 rpm. Design temperature: 100 C. Liner material - Duplex stainless steel. Heating and Cooling - 4 zones water based heating and cooling. Feed port: 125mm x 160 mm. (5 x 6.25) Barrel has 4 liquid feed ports on top and 4 on bottom.
