Jon the top opening is 20 the blade appears to be aprox 24. Pictures of inside are attached. I'm trying to find blade speed. Like a blender it creates a vortex There is a UL sticker on the motor and a national board plate on vessel rating jacket at 90 psi @ 331 degrees F….……DaveJon This mixer was purchased from you! We have not run it. The motor has a UL sticker on it therefore is XP. The mixer has a 75psi S.S. jacket which should be bullet proof. It is a coded jacket. The normal machine was 14.9psi. I cannot see the seal to determine manufacturer but since it has been sitting a long time this should probably be replaced. These machines were normally equipped with a Chesterton 880 seal. The mixer is located at my warehouse in Cincinnati. I will send a quote which has 4 pictures.Do you need more? Let me know.
