| Equipped with | 1 - Used 300 gallon J.H. Day Low-Boy Double Arm Sigma Blade Mixer. Carbon steel construction with a 304 stainless steel domed vacuum cover (rated full vacuum) with several openings and (2) sight glasses.Mixer has a baffled Timken jacket rated for 125 PSI heating or cooling. Mixer icludes bearings explosion proof motor (NEMA Class I Group D with sprockets and a silent chain drive) and NEMA 12 controls remotely mounted. Tank and cover are tilted by separate hydraulic unit. Front blade speed is 25 RPM while rear blade is 15 RPM. Mixer is driven by a 150 HP 3/60/460 V 1200 RPM motor. Total capacity is 550 gallons.
