Jacket rated 75 psi ASME at 320 deg F. 10 hp 440 volt inverter duty main motor. Year 1997.The Mixer was purchased new in May of 1997 with a 6-8 week delivery. We received the unit in July of 1997 but did not operate till April of 1998. The Serial number is 20609-4942. The phone number of LittlefordDay is (606) 525-7600.The mixer has a thermocouple port on the backside of the mixer with a temperature indicator.The mixer also includes one lance type liquid injector for liquid addition.The mixer has one contour plugged opening with mounting flange to facilitate addition of chopper system in the future.The drive motor is a 10 HP Class I Group D Division 1 single speed motor rated for 460 volt 3 phase 60 Hertz input power.The unit also includes an optional pushbutton station and control panel containing starter equipment overload protection and reduced voltage transformer. Controls are NEMA 7 rated for 460 volts 3 phase 60 Hertz input power. Control circuit is 115 volts. Pushbutton station is located on the front side of the mixer and the control panel is mounted on the side of the unit.Also the mixer includes the option of an inverter duty drive motor.In addition we also purchased in September of 1998 a set of Vee-Shaped plows with head scrapers with leading edges Hard-faced.The unit was disconnected and removed from production about a year and a half ago. However the mixer was only operated for about a year and a half before we changed our process. After that we ran it intermittently for special purposes.
