There is a hydraulic motor (discharge motor in quote) which open this door to allow the material to discharge. Usually this mixer is mounted on stands or in a mezzanine. The interior photo shot shows the discharge door slightly open in the bottom of the pan. Unit weighs about 6500 lbs. and is 6'h x 5'd x 7' long.A crate for something this size would be extensive work. An overseas seaworthy crate would be about $3000 to $4000 which includes transport to overseas craters facility. It could easily just go in a 20' shipping container and then there is no crating needed. We charge $1200.00 US to load a container and secure the unit inside with heavy cables.4/23/08 - Cust #29582 - I do not understand fronm where exactly is unloading the material mixed. Can you also tell me approx. weight and dimension so to be able to ask for transport cost (to vendot 4/25/08)
