(to cust 2/21) 6/16/05 - Dear Mr. KelleyAfter further investigation we have determined that the Welex Mixer canbe used for vacuum drying according to the manufacturer's literature.Although there does not appear to be any sort of identification on the machine specifying that the machine is vacuum (that we can see) the literature states Vacuum drying completely removes moisture or residual volatiles from powders as the mixing action generates frictional heat and increases the mixtures' surface area. 2 minute to 1 hour cycles.
