We are a PTFE processor. We blend PTFE with various fillers on a Henschel. (The process is quite different form compounding other thermoplastics which is generally done on a twin screw extruder. PTFE can't be processed in a melt phase.) The resulting PTFE compounds are compression moulded. If the machine has been used in the PTFE or UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) processing industry I would like to know more.THEY RAN A MIXTURE OF POLYPROPYLENE POLYETHYLENE AND EVERYTHING EXCEPT PVC(IT HOMOGENIZES EVERYTHING AS LONG AS THERE IS A BASE IN IT)THEY DID USE IT FOR HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE.WAS USED IN COMPRESSION MOLDING.40 LITER CAPACITY.LEX TECHNOLOGIES MODEL LEX 400 CARBON STEEL CONTACT PARTSSTELLITE TIPPED ROTORWEG MOTORS 350 HP 3/60/480V MOTOR.
