Bowl measures approx. 59 in. x 54 3/4 in. x 54 in. deep. Output range capacity: Approx. 6000 lbs./hour. Carbon steel jacket & shell. ASME code stamped jacket rated 60 psi at 400 deg. F. Last used with oil for heat. Tangential sigma blades made of uncored cast steel. Extrusion screw is also uncored and is constructed of cast steel. Sigma blades have a fixed speed of approx. 27 RPM left and 18 RPM right. Screw is rated for 15-40 RPM but requires controls. 60 HP left blade 40 HP right blade and 60 HP screw. Thermocouple in mixing chamber. Retractable door with misc. feed ports on top cover. Removable wear sleeve in extruder barrel. Unit was built for mixing Bitumen compound.
