| Equipped with | Arnold Equipment Company is now pleased to be offering NEW Planetary Dispersers manufactured by CMX Process Technologies. CMX Planetary Dispersers combine one or two planetary stirrer blades with one or two high speed disperser blades. The planetary stirrer blades rotate on their own axes while they revolving around a central axis. The high speed dispersers also revolve around the central axis. The planetary stirrer blades continuously sweep the vessel wall and feed material directly into the high shear zone of the orbiting high speed dispersers. Working capacities are available from 1 to 2000 liters. Standard construction is type 304 stainless steel (type 316 stainless and carbon steel also available) non-jacketed mix can (Jacket option available) and full vacuum (standard) capability. These mixers can be used for a wide variety of industrial applications from adhesives and sealants to pharmaceutical gels and ointments. Please contact us for additional information and pricing. |
